Compliance

Compliance & onboarding

How FIFO approves participants and applies program controls across corridors.

Customer desk onboarding

Desk access requires identity verification, document review, corridor selection, and contact confirmation. RFQ trading unlocks only after compliance approval for the relevant program.

  • Multi-step KYC and document review before trading unlocks.
  • Corridor selected at registration (INR, BRL, TRY, IDR pilot programs).
  • Buy and sell flows use locked quotes — same RFQ → router → settlement stack.
  • Desk users see their orders and wallet; they do not see LP inventory or network ops counters.

Liquidity provider onboarding

LPs join through the FIFO Liquidity Network with separate institutional review. Inventory, settlement periods, corridor configuration, and desk limits are set per LP. Partner portal access is scoped by lpId.

Limits and acceptable use

Daily and per-transaction limits apply at the customer and corridor level. Beneficiaries may require cooling-off before payout. Social-handle limits may apply at registration. Ops can hold, decline, or escalate fills outside program policy.

Prohibited activity

Fraud, sanctions evasion, market abuse, and illegal use are prohibited. Accounts may be suspended, funds frozen pending review, and activity reported where required by law.
