1. What we collect

We collect identity and contact details, KYC documents, device and session signals, desk and wallet activity within FIFO programs, and optional social handles you provide during onboarding.

2. How we use it

Data is used to open and secure your account, verify identity, set social-handle trading limits, settle orders, detect fraud, meet compliance obligations, and send transactional notices.

3. Sharing

We may share data with liquidity partners, payment rails, cloud providers, auditors, and regulators when required to operate the desk or comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

KYC and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable financial and AML rules, then deleted or anonymised where feasible.

5. Security

Access is role-gated. OTPs are hashed. Document uploads are stored on secured server paths and reviewed by authorised staff only.

6. Your choices

You may request access or correction of profile data through support. Some records cannot be erased while legal retention applies. See also our Terms of Service.
