Terms of Service

Last updated 6 October 2026

1. The platform

FIFO provides fiat and digital-asset liquidity and settlement infrastructure. Approved customer desk programs use locked RFQ quotes, independent fiat and digital-asset settlement legs, and admin-reviewed onboarding within supported corridors. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and verification

You must complete identity, document, and contact verification. Trading unlocks only after compliance approval. You confirm that information and documents you submit are accurate and yours to share.

3. Social-handle limits

At registration you may link social profiles. Each accepted handle contributes a USDT allowance that caps deposit, buy, sell, and withdrawal activity. Limits are summed across the handles you provide and may be reviewed or adjusted by compliance.

4. Quotes and settlement

Quotes expire on a short TTL. Fiat and crypto settle on separate rails. Holds, reviews, refunds, and chargebacks follow desk policy. FIFO is not a bank and does not guarantee third-party rail timing.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the desk for fraud, sanctions evasion, market abuse, or any illegal purpose. We may suspend or close accounts, freeze funds pending review, and report activity where required by law.

6. Risk

Digital assets are volatile. Network fees, FX moves, and rail delays can change outcomes after a quote expires. You trade at your own risk within the limits assigned to your account.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the in-app help desk after you sign in, or via the support channel published on the marketing site.
